Great New Place was founded in 1995 by Sabrina Bunks and Al Taylor, and quickly established the reputation of offering exceptional properties for lease.  We aren’t a big, impersonal corporation or a leasing company. We are the actual property owners and we take great pride in the special residences we lease.

Everything you see on our website are properties we own. The photos you see are of the actual condo or townhome that you would be renting. No bait and switch like so many properties do by showing you a stock photograph or staged unit that doesn't resemble the place that's actually available for rent.


Neighborhood Involvement:
Since purchasing our first property in 1995, we've been a leader in helping to improve the neighborhoods we serve. We're active in the Homeowner Associations and strive to make each one of our neighborhoods the best place to live in Dallas.

Our Philosophy:
Other rental property owners say we’re crazy, because we regularly break one of the cardinal rules of real estate investing... "Never fall in love with a place and put the least amount of money into it when you fix it up." But we don't just break that rule...we smash it to pieces. That's because we love our places! In fact, one of our investment criteria is that we never purchase a place that we wouldn’t live in ourselves. Then we go one step further, we remodel it so that it is the very best place in the neighborhood. That means quality upgrades in just about every room. Cookie-cutter, run-of-the-mill properties aren't what we're looking for...and we don't think you are either.
 

The Very Latest In Energy Efficiency
:
We HATE high energy bills so we try to make our places as energy-efficient as possible by installing the very latest energy-saving technologies. In addition to ceiling fans that help cut your utilities, our places have "smart" thermostats that can be set so you're not heating and cooling your home when you're not there. Where possible, we've installed radiant barrier insulation that reduces the amount of heat that builds up in the attic by reflecting up to 75% of solar radiation, thus reducing utility bills. These improvements are expensive investments for us...but they can save you up to 35% on your utility bills!
