We charge a non-refundable Application Fee of $35.00 which you can pay in person with check or money order, or use our PayPal link below.
Great New Place will evaluate your acceptance to rent one of our condo or townhome apartments near Uptown Dallas based on the following criteria:
Rental History
Criminal Background
Credit History
Income and Ability to Pay Rent
Making an Application is a simple 2 step process....

Download our application, complete it, and fax it to 214-890-7878.
2. Pay your application fee by clicking the link below. However, DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU CONTACT US FIRST. The unit you are wanting to apply for may already be leased. If you pay first and do not contact us before using our PayPal link and the condo you are applying for is already leased, we can only refund your applicaton fee less the PayPal handling fee.
You can use the PayPal payment option if you have a PayPal account or credit card.
